Casas do Rua - Serviços Imobiliários de Confiança is a family business with 49 years of experience, founded in 1976 by Fernando Rua.
Today, led by the new generation, siblings Frederico and Patrícia Rua, Casas do Rua continues to grow and adapt to the modern market, but without losing the family soul that characterises it. Based in a simple and cosy building we built in Seixal, we operate mainly in the municipalities of Almada, Seixal and Sesimbra. We value transparency, accompany our consultants at every stage and provide all the necessary tools to facilitate the sale of our clients' properties.

A young visionary from Trás-os-Montes who brought a great dream with him to Seixal after the 25 April Revolution. With humility and honesty, he transformed that dream into a benchmark in the property market, establishing bonds of trust with his clients, who were always treated as friends. Today, Casas do Rua has been in the property market for almost 50 years.
